I am the planets in motion—like the wind through the leaves or the sunlight reflecting on the ocean. Through this continuous motion, I create dance that celebrates the beauty of natural existence and shared human experience. My movement paints time through energy.

Dance is my medium for exploring and understanding human practices, collective histories, and cultural identities. As an anthropologist, I approach choreography with a deep respect for the cultural context that shapes movement. I weave music, spoken word, multimedia, and research into my work, blending discipline and creativity to honor the traditions that inform my practice.

As a choreographer, I create art that explores and deepens our connection to one another as humans. My work centers on movement designed to transcend cultural boundaries, allowing us to see each other in ourselves. Through dance, I aim to foster a community that radiates joy, kindness, and shared experience, uplifting and inspiring all who are part of it.

I approach dance as a space for discovery for myself and the world around me. It is a practice rooted in empathy, curiosity, and connection. By engaging with movement, I connect with the body’s deeper ancestral knowledge. I invite others to do the same—to experience, unify, spread joy, reflect, connect, and transform through the power of dance!
